Master of Zhejiang Arts & Crafts: Wu Zhixing

He graduated from Jingdezhen Ceramic college, majoring in art and design. Wu is a senior craft artist, chief technician of Lishui City, and a representative inheritor of Longquan intangible cultural heritage. He worked in Longquan No.1 Celadon Factory in 1991 and established Zhixing Celadon Factory in 1995. With many years of practical experience and exquisite professional technology, he has conducted in-depth research on plum green, bean green, Ge Kiln, etc., and created a large number of beautiful works. After more than ten years of hard work, he finally succeeded in firing the highest Geyao Guanyin bottle of more than 180 cm in the history of Longquan. In 2014, "Celadon Ge — Kiln plum vase" received the 15th gold prize of Master of Chinese Arts and Crafts. In addition, it has received dozens of silver awards, bronze awards and excellent works awards at all levels, and more than 10 works have been permanently collected by museums at all levels.
