An important section of the 2021 "China Today" Art Week, the "Road of Inheritance" China Qing Dynasty Ceramic Pattern Art Exhibition held a launching ceremony at the House of Chinese Artists and Artists of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. As the co-organizer of the event, the International College of Jingdezhen Ceramic University, Vice President Lu Jinquan, and teachers and students of the International College were invited to attend the launching ceremony. The art exhibition features 40 pieces (sets) of fine Chinese ceramics from the Qing Dynasty and 351 detailed drawings. The exhibition introduces the design style and cultural connotation of China’s Qing Dynasty ceramic decorations, and showcases the interaction and integration of Eastern and Western cultures along the Maritime Silk Road from the 17th to the 19th centuries. While demonstrating the wisdom and creation of ancient sages to the public, it also conveys China's attitude and belief in the inheritance of traditional culture in the new era.
At the launching ceremony, Majolie Carine, a student from Cameroon of the International College, and Mahdy Ahmed, a student from Egypt, performed ceramic decoration art on the spot. In the interactive experience of ceramic decoration drawing, based on the ceramics profession, actively promoting the ceramic culture of Jingdezhen to share the experience of traditional ceramics, charm of culture, and taste of colorful ceramic culture and art. At the end of the launching ceremony, international students will conduct interviews with the media, sharing that ceramics is a Chinese culture and a world language. More international students are welcome to come to learn ceramics in the millennium porcelain capital Jingdezhen.
2021“今日中国”艺术周的重要版块，“传承之路”中国清代陶瓷纹饰艺术展在中国文联中国文艺家之家举行启动仪式。景德镇陶瓷大学国际学院作为此次活动的协办方，副校长吕金泉、国际学院师生应邀出席启动仪式，此次艺术展共展出了40件（套）中国清代陶瓷精品以及351张整体图和细节图。展览阐释了中国清代陶瓷纹饰的设计式样和文化内涵，展示17至19世纪海上丝绸之路中意义深远的东西方文化的互动和交融，在向大众展示古代先贤智慧创造的同时，也向世界传递着中国在新时代下对传统文化传承的态度和信念。
启动仪式上，国际学院喀麦隆留学生马可琳、埃及留学生麦迪现场进行了陶瓷纹饰艺术的绘制表演，在陶瓷纹饰绘制互动体验环节中，立足陶瓷专业，积极宣传景德镇陶瓷文化，让体验者感受传统陶瓷文化的深层魅力，品味绚丽多彩的陶瓷文化艺术。启动仪式结束，留学生们在接受媒体采访中表示，陶瓷是中国文化，也是世界语言，欢迎更多的留学生来到千年瓷都景德镇学习陶瓷。
