Zeng Yalin (Yalin) was born in Jingdezhen in 1964, from Xingning, Guangdong. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Jingdezhen Ceramic Workers University and the Advanced Study Class of the Chinese Painting Academy of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
In 2003, he was awarded the "Jiangxi Province Arts and Crafts Master" in 2003, the "Jiangxi Province Arts and Crafts Master" in 2006, and the "Chinese Ceramic Art Master" in 2010. Now he works at Jingdezhen Ceramic Research Institute.
Zeng Yalin's ceramic art creation has a wide range of subjects, diverse expression techniques, and distinctive and unique artistic styles. He has achieved harmony between artistic beauty and craftsmanship, material beauty, and decorative beauty in porcelain carving, overglaze, underglaze and comprehensive decoration. His "Qing Qu" and "Squirrel" are collected in the China Art Museum. In 1999, Macao returned to China. The giant blue and white porcelain vase "Hundred Lotus Picture" was presented to the Macao Special Administrative Region by the Jiangxi Provincial Government. The comprehensive decoration "Beauty Walk" and "Drunk Tourists Blowed by the Spring Breeze" won the second prize and bronze prize in the 7th and 8th National Ceramic Art Design Innovation Competition. "Gu Le Tu", "Narcissus" and "Horse" won the gold medals in the second and fourth national arts and crafts masters exhibition. His works have won more than 60 awards in domestic and foreign exhibitions, and more than 30 papers have been collected and noticed by domestic and foreign collection agencies and collectors.
