            Artist Biography

            Huang Xiaoling, female, was born in Liling, Hunan in 1968, from a ceramic family. Chinese ceramic artist, representative of the 12th and 13th National People's Congress, national March 8th red flag bearer, national light industry model worker, expert enjoying special allowance from the State Council, and employee representative of the 17th National Congress of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Senior Arts and Crafts Artist, Executive Director of China Ceramic Industry Association, President of Hunan Women Ceramic Artists Association, Executive Vice President of Hunan Ceramics Industry Association, Visiting Researcher of Buddhist Art Institute of Renmin University of China, Visiting Professor of Hunan University of Technology, South Pacific China Director of the Promotion Association of Disabled Artists Union, expert of the expert library of Chinese ceramic art master judges, and chairman of the New Social Class Association of Liling City.

            She has devoted herself to the research of underglaze multicolored ceramic art for a long time. He advocates "artistic life", using traditional artistic techniques, injecting fashion elements, the works are fresh and beautiful, calm and elegant, unique and full of personality. She creatively designed and fired more than 20 works including "Poppy", "Hydrangea", "Bamboo", "Peony", "Wisteria Flower" and other more than 20 works have participated in various exhibitions at home and abroad. Silver award, creativity award and other awards, more than 30 works such as "Full Garden Spring" have been collected by relevant experts or museums at home and abroad.
            Now, as the representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage "Liling Underglaze Multicolored Porcelain Firing Techniques", while exploring the road of porcelain art, Huang Xiaoling also focuses on organizing the province's ceramic masters to build a base for underglaze multicolored porcelain. Integrating multiple functions in one, it will show the world the origin and development of underglaze multicolored porcelain, and create a broader platform for the prosperity of this unique art and the development of the regional economy.
