Born in 1953, graduated from the original Department of Ceramic Art and Design of the Central Academy of Art and Design in 1982. Now he is an associate professor and master tutor of the Department of Ceramic Art and Design of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, a visiting professor at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, and China Industrial Design Association.
