He was born in 1957 and grew up in Henan.He got a college degree and is the director of Baofeng county Ruporcelain research institute. A Master of Chinese industrial art and intangible cultural heritage artist, he is also Researcher level senior craft artist, national level intangible cultural heritage project"Ru porcelain firing skills inheritor", the Visiting professor of Hebei institute of communication. His works "Baofeng violet sand earthenware", "Ru porcelain azure glaze and moonwhite glaze"gain more than 60 prizes in China.He also published papers in Ceramic Periodicals. His branded Ru porcelain was awarded the title of "Henan Famous-brand Products".He gained32 nationalpatents and his works have been collected by many international museums.
